Parmish Verma (born 3 July 1990) is an Indian singer, rapper, director and actor associated with the Punjabi Music and Punjabi Film Industry. He started his career as a video director then singer, and later debuted as an actor with the film Rocky Mental.
Early And Personal Life
Verma was born in Patiala, Punjab, to professor Paramjit Verma and theatrical artist and playwright Satish Verma. His parents are Punjabi Hindu Khatris.
Parmish gained his passion of literature, art, and theatre from his father because he is a theatre artist. In class four, he enrolled in the theatre programme at his school. His love for acting expanded exponentially when he entered the theatre scene. Parmish struggled in school and only received passing grades as a young child. He participated in a lot of extracurricular activities during his time at school, including theatre, debates, and creative writing. Parmish enrolled in a hotel management course after graduating from high school. In the middle of the course, Parmish dropped out and relocated to Sydney, Australia to continue his education. In Australia, Verma had a very difficult life. He put in long hours of labour there.
On his way back from a party in Mohali, Parmish was shot by Punjabi criminal Dilpreet Baba; he eventually made a full recovery. On October 20, 2021, he wed Canadian politician Guneet Grewal, his longtime girlfriend. They gave birth to a girl called Sadaa on September 30, 2022.

Parmish made his directorial debut with the film zimmewari bhukh te doori, which was based on the life of Verma and told the tale of a young child who experiences hardships while living in Australia and receives counsel from Gurikk Maan. Verma made his acting debut in the 2017 film Rocky Mental. In films like Dil Diyan Gallan (2019), which he also wrote and directed, he also played the lead actor. He later produced other films, most recently Jinde Meriye and “Singham.
